Skybox Security offers a variety of support services to meet the diverse needs of our customer base.

Standard Technical Support provides rapid access to our expert Support Team, the Skybox Support Portal, and 24x7 phone support and email support. Standard Technical Support also includes online case management, access to Knowledge Base and how-to articles, installation guides, and unlimited product updates and upgrades.

Premium Technical Support includes all services under Standard Technical Support, as well as quarterly evaluations of the Skybox deployment.

Premium Technical Support customers have access to Skybox’s advanced monitoring service. This service provides off-site administration and monitoring of your Skybox deployment, allowing your IT security and network operations teams to focus on core security activities and strategic business initiatives. The service is available on the full suite of Skybox solutions for Premium Support customers.

Services of advanced monitoring and administration include:

  • A dedicated Skybox security advisory expert focused on optimizing and troubleshooting
  • Hands-free management of configuration, software updates, backup, and data collection
  • Proactive model validation and updates to ensure solution health
