Gidi Cohen co-founded Skybox in 2002 and has guided the company’s vision and development as the leader in cybersecurity analytics. A respected innovator in the security analytics space, he has been instrumental in crafting a business strategy that leverages analytics, modeling and simulation technology to solve the unmet security needs of large organizations. For more than 20 years he has been committed to empowering security leaders to quickly and accurately prioritize and address vulnerabilities and threats with cutting-edge Skybox solutions.
Cohen also served as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Corps, leading an elite software development unit developing information security solutions. He holds Bachelors of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
Mark Hastings is a managing director and head of Providence Strategic Growth. Prior to joining Providence in 2013, Hastings most recently served as managing partner and founder of Garvin Hill Capital Partners. Prior to that, he led CIBC’s technology focused growth equity team in the United States. At CIBC, he developed the successful investment strategy and recruited the team. He was the primary deal originator and investment team leader. Prior to joining CIBC, he was a principal and general partner at BCI Partners. Hastings started his investment career at Edison Ventures, and he received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
Tom Reardon is a managing director on the Providence Strategic Growth team. Prior to joining Providence in 2015, Reardon was a general partner at WestView Capital Partners, where he focused on software and technology-enabled business service investments. Prior to joining WestView, he was a director at CIBC Capital Partners. Before CIBC, Reardon co-founded Revolution Partners as an associate and worked at Robertson Stephens & Co. as an analyst in the software group. Reardon received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College.
John Clark is Managing Partner and CEO of CVC Growth Partners. He joined CVC in 2014 and is based in New York, where he sits on the board of the CVC Capital Partners advisory business. He has extensive private equity investor knowledge having previously worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe serving as a General Partner for the Information & Business Services group and as a Member of the Management Committee. Clark holds a AB Degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Jason Glass is Senior Managing Director of CVC Growth Partners. He joined CVC in 2014. Prior to that, Glass was a Principal at Summit Partners where he focused primarily on the technology sector, with an emphasis on software and technology services. Prior to Summit, Glass worked for General Catalyst Partners and America Online. Before that, he worked for Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. Glass received a BBA in Finance and International Business with a minor in Economics and French Summa Cum Laude from James Madison University and an MBA, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School. In addition, he is a member of the James Madison University Board of Advisors to the College of Business and a member of the Family Advisory Council for Cradles to Crayons.
