With Standard Support, get access to the Skybox Support Knowledge Base, Support Portal and Support Hotline to easily manage support cases and get access to needed resources. If your business has 24-hour operations and doesn’t stop for weekends or holidays, Premium Support may be for you. Premium Support offers all the features of Standard Support as well as added benefits, such as improved SLA times to meet the speed of your business.
