We are seeking several Regional Sales Director to be part of our growing sales organization. The ideal candidate should reside within the assigned territory and will be responsible for all accounts in their said territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This is an enterprise position for a senior security salesperson.
- Candidate must have 6-10 years outside sales experience with minimum of 3 recent years selling security products
- Knowledge of Networking is also required
- Must know how to effectively work at C level and with Value added partners
- Ability to travel regularly is required – Travel can be up to 50%
- 6-10 years’ enterprise sales experience (min. three years security)
- Experience selling a product that must be evangelized
- Proven record of exceeding sales objectives
- Large and small company background
- Experience working in conjunction with channel partners
- Proven comfort and skill set to sell across all levels of an organization
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems – Salesforce.com preferred
- Ability to influence and direct co-workers who are not direct reports
- Must have strong network of customers and business associates
- No Job Hoppers – people with 3 jobs in the last 5 years will not be considered
- Must reside within the territory
